  1. The required format is as follows:
    • Each paragraph will be indented five (5) spaces using the space bar to set the tab;

    • There should also be two spaces after every period;
    • Acceptable fonts are Verdana, Arial, Courier, and Times New Roman;
    • The accepted font size is 10pt, except for titles and Chapter headings.
    All books will be available in MSWord for downloading. When submitting your books, the work is required to be submitted in MSWord or as a text file (.txt).

  2. We don't have sufficient staff to edit submitted works. That is the responsibility of the author. Before a book is accepted, please make sure you take care of the following aspects before submission:
    • That you have correct syntax and story structure;
    • Proper punctuation, spelling and grammar;
    • That "bear" shouldn't be "bare" as spell check will accept both and

  4. Authors will receive a percentage of the price as their royalty for their work. That will be discussed with authors and agreed upon prior to a work being e-published, but after its receipt and acceptance as ready for publication. The percentage paid authors will increase as more works are submitted, accepted and e-published, again percentage to be discussed when that occurs.

  5. All funds will be placed in a site business account and disbursed quarterly in March, June, September and December via the author's choice of a business check, a certified check or a money order (any applicable fees for other than a business check will be deducted from the amount of royalty to be paid to author).

  6. An extract will be taken from each submission to be used to promote the work and/or site promotion.
